fue uno de los regalos de cumpleaños de este año, era el primero de mi lista, la que hice al volver de Paris. Saskin no se acordó de ella para consultarla pero le debí hablar tantas veces de este restaurante que al final acertó.&lt;br /&gt;Su chef David Muñoz cocina con un instinto que impresiona, fusionando cocina asiática, africana, peruana, española... todo lo que le inspiran sus viajes y el enorme trabajo de búsqueda de sabores, texturas y combinaciones, a menudo arriesgadas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Cuando fuimos el local estaba en la calle Francisco Medrano 5, en el barrio de Tetuán asi que cogimos el bus y caminamos un cacho hasta llegar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;La puerta nos sorprendió, bastante escondida y un poco fea, no parece la de  un restaurante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Una vez dentro la zona de acogida es extraña, tanto como la puerta. No está delimitado claramente, no sabes si pasar o esperar...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Nos reciben amablemente y nos sientan en la primera mesa que está un poco arrinconada, como yo soy la del cumple me toca escoger y me siento cara a la sala, donde puedo observarlo todo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;La decoración de la sala es simple, las mesas y sillas bastante sobrias resaltadas por la mantelería rosa y las lámparas, supongo que inspiradas en la papiroflexia. No me encanta pero tampoco me molesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Nos explican los menus degustación (los únicos que hay, porque aqui no tienen carta por platos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Había un menú express (dos aperitivos, dos primeros, pescado, carne y postre), un menú medio (dos aperitivos, cinco primeros, pescado, carne y dos postres) con posibilidad de aumentar los platos y un menu largo que se sirve solamente por la noche ya que hay que disponer de más de tres horas para probarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Ahora leo en su web que estas propuestas han cambiado, a día de hoy (julio de 2009) sus menus son tres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Menú Express&lt;/strong&gt;: Consta de aperitivo, 2 primeros, pescado, carne y postre. Su precio es 50 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Menú Espress + 1&lt;/strong&gt;: Consta de aperitivo, 3 primeros, pescado, carne y un postre. Su precio es 56 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Menú Espress + 2&lt;/strong&gt;: Consta de aperitivo, 4 primeros, pescado, carne y un postre. Su precio es 62 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Cuento lo que probamos comenzando por el aperitivo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong style="font-weight: normal; font-family: georgia;"&gt;Judías de soja (edamame) con salsa de ají amarillo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;, hervidas y aderezadas con sesamo negro y sal, se comen mojadas en la salsa, que picaba pero bien. Yo ya las había probado en Kaiseki, en Paris. Son como los cacahuetes de los japoneses. Nos encantan por eso poco después las  busqué y las conseguí en un chino especializado de mi barrio, congeladas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Enseguida nos trajeron el segundo aperitivo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong style="font-weight: normal; font-family: georgia;"&gt;Mejillón tigre estilo fusión, con escabeche de lima kéfir, sofrito de tomate y chile y huevas de pez volador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;, como nos vieron muy contemplativos nos metieron un poco de prisa porque el siguiente plato saldría enseguida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Una crema ligera de sabor cítrico y algo dulce cubría los demás ingredientes, en un juego de sabores y  texturas como el crujiente de esas huevas de pez volador sobre la untuosidad del escabeche.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Un magnífico comienzo, nos quedamos sonriendo e imaginando como iba a ser el resto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Seguimos con el Dim sum de guiso de chipirones con tuétano, &lt;/span&gt;con sopa de chalotas asadas y crujiente de arroz picante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt; servido con un té verde con coco. Un plato excelente de sabor, presentación y originalidad.&lt;br /&gt;Me impresionó tanto que quise repetirlo unos días después en una comida que ofrecí a los amigos y mi resultado fué muy distinto a éste...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Dim sum de zanahoria y conejo estofado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;, la zanahoria preparada de cinco formas diferentes (crujiente, en puré, en espuma, baby escabechada y su zumo coloreando la masa del dim sum) y el conejo cocinado a las cinco especias chinas. Acompañado de un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; té verde (gunpowder) con hierbabuena.&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt; Un plato muy sabroso que también nos gustó mucho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;El tercer entrante era la “Gamba frita al revés”; una fina lámina de gamba que se frie rociándola de aceite muy caliente. El yuzu, la soja y una sabrosa y ligera mayonesa templada remataban el plato.&lt;br /&gt;Nos gustó mucho la panceta ibérica al estilo Dong Po, cocinada durante 3 días para conseguir esa delicada textura sin perder su potente sabor. El puré de apionabo, el pack choi y la pasta kataifi (una pasta de origen griego elaborada del mismo modo que la pasta philo pero presentada en forma de finos fideos como de cabello de ángel) combinaban perfectamente con ella.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Y otro de mis platos preferidos, el Chupe Tailandés, una sopa típica peruana a la que David Muñoz añade toques como la leche de coco, servido con pequeños enokis y la cabeza de cigala aparte, a mí me encantó. Mi pasión por las sopas empezó con William Ledeuil y mis variaciones de éste chupe han sido las protagonistas de nuestra cocina esta primavera.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Llegó el pescado, Raya al carbón con salsa XO “versión ibérica”, tirabeques y judías de Kenia (XO original: vieira seca, gamba seca, ajo, jengibre, chile, jamón de jinjhua y pescado seco. Versión ibérica: crema de jabugo y mojama rallada en vez de jamón chino y pescado seco). Estas explicaciones eran dadas por los camareros durante toda la comida, he leído críticas en blogs sobre ésto. Les resultaba, a algunos, pesado y a otros, grupo en el que me incluyo, muy interesante.&lt;br /&gt;Y la carne, vaca roja gallega con mojo canario-nikkey, miso en polvo, quinoto de trompetas de la muerte, idiazabal y puré de coliflor. Carne tierna, con el punto perfecto y el sabor potente del mojo. El quinoto estaba muy rico.&lt;br /&gt;Los postres comenzaban con la mousse de chocolate blanco con sorbete de manzana verde, apio y espuma aceite de oliva arbequina, muy refrescante y buenísimo.&lt;br /&gt;Para terminar, leche frita a la hierba limón con sorbete de mora y wasabi. Me gustó menos que el anterior lo que no quiere decir que estuviese malo.&lt;br /&gt;Para acompañar la comida tomamos un godello, Viña Somoza, Valdeorras 2007. Aconsejados por el sumiller que acertó con este vino que se adaptaba bastante bien a los tan diferentes sabores de la comida. Después de leer en un blog la descripción del menu y sus precios me decidí a probarlo.&lt;br /&gt;Hay un Menu al mediodia con copa de vino y postre asi que reservé un día por semana y fui sola.&lt;br /&gt;La sala es muy clasica, toda tapizada, hasta las paredes, al fondo una especie de reservados donde los asientos son sofas largos rodeando las mesas.&lt;br /&gt;El servicio también muy formal fue bastante correcto, aunque el jefe de sala me hablaba como si yo no tuviese idea de nada, asi que le toqué las narices con el vino, pa molestarle un poquin.&lt;br /&gt;Probé una ensalada de foie gras con fréjoles finos(judias verdes) y hojas de ensalada  que me gustó mucho, rica y sencilla.&lt;br /&gt;Luego una torta de mollejas de cordero, un plato clásico y delicioso.&lt;br /&gt;Todo esto con una copa de Fronton y café con "mignardises" para terminar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; width: 320px; height: 184px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_9u-OzzDVEpc/SYabwOW4gQI/AAAAAAAAAZY/bFUSoW1i2Cs/s320/pgagnaire+copy.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5298093264438067458" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;No podía irme sin comer en Pierre Gagnaire, creía que no iba a ser posible por el precio, pero el menú del medio día era un poco más asequible (comparado con los otros claro), creo que unos 90€, asi que me decidí y reservé.&lt;br /&gt;El restaurante está en el Hotel Balzac, aunque tiene una puerta de entrada propia desde la calle,&lt;br /&gt;al entrar los camareros muy amables me acompañan a mi mesa, redonda en el fondo de la sala, desde la que se ve la puerta de la cocina.&lt;br /&gt;Escojo el menu del mediodía que se compone de una selección de entradas, un plato y  postres variados, , los platos creo que eran a elegir entre dos.&lt;br /&gt;Había 4 panes diferentespara elegir...tradicional,brioché, pain de harina de castaña y tejas de almendras y pistachos.&lt;br /&gt;Como aperitivos una composición de pimientos, lard de colonatta, cebolla al vino blanco y anguila.&lt;br /&gt;El primer plato es una muestra de 5 entradas diferentes en pequeñas cantidades, me parece perfecto para hacerse una idea de la cocina de este chef, considerado uno de los 5 mejores del mundo y adepto de las nuevas técnicas, que desarrolla junto a Herve This.&lt;br /&gt;En la mesa aparecen 5 pequeñas muestras de platos diferentes,  en platitos y boles de distintas formas.&lt;br /&gt;El camarero los presenta y te dice por cual empezar para seguir luego el sentido de las agujas del reloj, yo hago esto en varias pasadas, aunque las raciones eran pequeñinas, para no que no se terminasen tan rápido y poder saborearlo mejor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;1- Tartare de boeuf, oeufs de saumon organiques, feuilles de dorade royale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1-Tartar de buey, huevas de salmon orgánicas, hojas de dorada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;2-Infusion de Vadouvan, rapée de radis et petits coquillages au natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2-Infusión de Vadouvan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;*, rábano rallado y pequeños moluscos al natural.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;*Le Vadouvan est un mélange de curry indo-pakistanais composé à l'origine d'oignon, d'ail, de graine de moutarde, de lentille d'Urid (petites lentilles vert foncé), de fenugrec, de cumin, de fenouil, de curcuma, de feuille de curry, d'huile de ricin, d'huile de sésame et d'huile de coco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;3- &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Mousseline de Pompadour en persillade, chair d'aubergines à l'origan, brochette d'escargots petits gris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;3- &lt;/span&gt;Muselina de Pompadour(tipo de patata) al perejil picado, carne de berenjena al orégano, brocheta de caracoles "petits gris".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;4- Moutarde de Shiitake en aigre-doux, pain d'épices croquant et champignons de Paris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;4- Mostaza de Shiitake en agridulce, pan de especias crujiente y champiñones de Paris.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;5- Gras de seiche César aux tasggiasche, sorbet d'olive verte de Lucques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;5- Sepia César con olivas tasggiache, sorbete de oliva verde de Lucques.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;A mi me prestan mucho este tipo de presentaciones porque permite probar muchas preparaciones diferentes y es como un juego.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Unas cosas me gustaron màs que otras pero algunas texturas me sorprendieron, como la muselina de patata, no me pareció agradable había algo de artificial, una textura como de goma, me recordó la textura de una crema que probé en una exposición-degustación de cocina molecular. Ya no puedo ir pero me queda el recuerdo de sus platos, que intento imitar con la ayuda de su libro "les couleurs du goût", como el caldo "tai" con pato y foie gras, el ravioli de pato a las hierbas "tai" (¡mmmm!) y el magnífico capuccino fresa,emulsión wasabi.&lt;br /&gt;Espero que mi amiga Alexa siga disfrutando de la cocina de inspiración oriental sobre todo tailandesa del restaurante. Los precios del menu al medio día son bastante correctos (al menos era asi cuando yo iba incluso después de la estrella Michelin), y aunque el servicio no es muy bueno merece la pena una visita (o más si se puede).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Le restaurant du chef William Ledeuil c'est un de mes préféres à Paris, j'étais une habituée du restaurant pendant ces dernières annés. Je ne peut pas y aller maintenant mais il me reste le souvenir de ses plats, comme le bouillon thaï au canard et foie gras, le ravioli au canard aux herbes thai (mmmm!) et le magnifique capuccino fraise, émulsion wasabi.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;J'espère que ma copine Alexa continue à  profiter de la cuisine d'inspiration orientale, surtout thaïlandaise de ce restaurant. width: 225px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_9u-OzzDVEpc/ST45u9lEyXI/AAAAAAAAAXg/11nSk68Nl4c/s320/ambassadeurs135.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5277719292291631474" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta primavera antes de mi vuelta a España, me organicé un tour gastronómico por una pequeña seleccion de restaurantes  franceses.Una especie de regalo de despedida.&lt;br /&gt;El restaurante Les Ambassadeurs dentro del Hotel Crillon en la "place de la Concorde".&lt;br /&gt;Había oido hablar del "menu afaire" a 80€ muy interensante, por desgracia mi reserva era para un sábado, día en el que no se sirve este  menu.&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comí a la carta aunque era bastante más caro que lo previsto, eso me impidió disfrutar totalmente de la experiencia, pero como ya estaba sentada a la mesa opté por una buena comida con algunas restricciones de mi parte.&lt;br /&gt;Era el primer gran restaurante que visitaba y me impresionó.&lt;br /&gt;La sala, la mesa, la decoración... es un mágnifico palacio pero sobretodo captó mi atención el desfile de camareros solícitos y discretos, nunca me había servido una brigada profesional, fue muy interesante verlo de cerca.&lt;br /&gt;Escogí dos platos sin vino, ¡no hace falta postre cuando hay un monton de dulces y pastelinos!&lt;br /&gt;Para comenzar el chef  Jean-François Piège propone el "plateau tele" inspirandose en el concepto de bandeja de comida que comemos frente a la tele como aperitivo.&lt;br /&gt;"émulsion de betterave" emulsión de remolacha, "langoustine en émulsion" langostino en emulsión, "cromesqui à la brandade de morue" "cromesqui" a la brandada de bacalao,"cigare au taboulé" cigarro al taboulé(ensalada de cuscus), "bonbon de beurre à la truffe" caramelo de mantequilla trufada.&lt;br /&gt;Escogí como primer plato "l'araignée de mer decortiquée, en salade et vinaigre fumé et en bouillon au satay&lt;span style=";font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;",Centollo pelado en ensalada y vinagre ahumado y caldo al satay&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, continué con el "turbot sauvage laqué avec des carottes" rodaballo salvaje lacado con zanahorias,.&lt;br /&gt;No tomé postre pero pude savorear todas estas delicias...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_9u-OzzDVEpc/ST469oDsgTI/AAAAAAAAAXo/DXuco9kMOFE/s1600-h/ambassadeursmignardises137.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor: pointer; width: 229px; height: 320px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_9u-OzzDVEpc/ST469oDsgTI/AAAAAAAAAXo/DXuco9kMOFE/s320/ambassadeursmignardises137.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5277720643724149042" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;FRANÇAIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Ce printemps, avant mon retour en Espagne, j'ai fait un tour gastronomique dans une petite selection de bons restaurants français, une sorte de cadeau de adieux.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Le restaurant Les Ambassadeurs est à l'interieur de l'Hôtel Crillon dans la place de la Concorde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;J'avais écouté parler d'un menu affaire à 80€ très intéressant, malheureusement j'avais reussit à réserver un samedi et ce menu n'était pas valable ce jour là.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;J'ai mangé à la carte et c'était plus cher que ce que j'avais prevu, ça m'a un peu gaché le plaisir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;mais comme j'étais déjà atablée finalment j'ai profité d'un bon déjeuner avec quelques restrictions de ma part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;C'était le premier grand restaurant que je visitais et ça ma impressionné, la salle, la table, la decoration,c'est un palais magnique, mais sûrtout le défile des serveurs attentionnés et discrets, je n'avais jamais été servie pour une brigade professionnel, c'était très interesant voir tout ça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;J'ai choisit deux plats et je n'ai pas pris du vin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Mais pas besoin de dessert quand il y a plein de mignardises!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Pour commencer le chef Jean-François Piège propose le "pla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);font-family:georgia;" &gt;teau te&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;le" en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);font-family:georgia;" &gt;  Dans la première visite j'avais trouvé ça bon mais trop long, surtout quand les animateurs télé arrivent après et sont servis avant toi, une serveuse très jeune et très gentille était débordé, et la chef de la maison Ghislaine Arabian est en salle, demande toute le temps si tout va bien et s'interesse.&lt;br /&gt;  La deuxième fois, c'était encore bon, une autre serveuse, jeune et gentille elle aussi, et la chef m'ont servi, ça allait plus vite cette fois .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Marinière de palourdes en entrée (simple, très bon, frais), pavé de rumsteack, frites et oeufs à la neige.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; loin, très bien,&lt;br /&gt;c'était un peu vide à midi un samedi, ça ne me dérange pas.&lt;br /&gt;Le serveur, très simpa, me présente le menu-carte à 32,00 € , j'ai envie de gouter&lt;br /&gt;plusiers choses et je me décide finalment pour les moules de bouchot en brochettes panées, concassé de tomates épicées en entrée et la souris d’agneau braisée aux cocos de Paimpol en plat, bien Les pris sont corrects.&lt;br /&gt;Le chef est Julien Duboué qui est passé chez Alain Dutournier et Antoine Westermann au Drouant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;.... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;"  &gt;caramélisées.&lt;br /&gt;En plat ,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; saumon cuit à l'unilatéral avec pomme de terre recomposée, oignons marinés à la grenadine et&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; oignons frits.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;En dessert nougat glacé avec sorbet basilic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;J'ai bien aimé, c'est bon et convaincue, ça manque de quelque chose.&lt;br /&gt;En plus j'aime pas la serveuse, qui a pété un cable lors de ma premiére visite, la salle du bas est&lt;br /&gt;horrible et il ont masacré la vieille /&gt;J'aime bien cette adresse pour jouer un peu, plain des petits asiettes, bols, coupelles...&lt;br /&gt;Les entrées sont mes préferées ici, un peu moins les plats et les desserts sont encore à essayer,&lt;br /&gt;j'ai toujours pris la formule e+p, à 28 euros et un verre de vin(j'aime pas ses verres à vin, trop gros et un peu gênants).&lt;br /&gt;Une petite creme en amuse-gueule, des entrées amusantes avec des diferents preparations dans le même plat...j'ai déjà goûté les crustillants de thon, la gelée de tourteau et sushis de poissons crus madeleine sauce wasabi et la declination de tomate et crevettes roses, j'ai beaucoup aimée cette jeu de textures diferentes , gazpacho, millefeuilles de coeur de boeuf crevettes mozarella, et granité épicé.&lt;br /&gt;Les plats sont moins drôles, bons mais un peu décevants, sauf peut-être le pigeon rôti au cacao et une sauce à la fraise.&lt;br /&gt;Je trouve aussi que la carte ne change pas assez, oui elle change, mais avec variations d'accompagnements et techniques , pas vraiment dans les produits principaux.&lt;br /&gt;L'accueil est bien, il sont attentionées, sauf la dernière fois , ils étaient un peu débordés.&lt;br /&gt;La déco est sobre, j'aime pas trop la forme et la distribution du local, j'ai apprecié un peu plus le jour ou j'étais sur la banquette.&lt;br /&gt;Ce n'est pas pour aller trop souvent, mais ce n'est pas left;"&gt;Cette semaine je suis allée à l'ami Jean c'étais la troisième fois, le dessin c'est de la deuxième visite,avec les filles japonaises, il y avait un couple de américains à la table de à côté cette fois.&lt;br /&gt;Ils me demandaient des choses (encore la curiosité de me voir toute seule, c'est drole), la dame faisait la gueule et paraissait un peut "repunante"(pinailleuse) , le monsieur me dit qu'il a vu le restaurant dans le new york times...bon d'acord(?)&lt;br /&gt;Pour moi ça a été fantastique, j'ai mangé une tartine de sardines marinées avec bulots,je crois, et legumes confites,je ne sais pas exactement, parce que je n'avais pas commandé cette entrée, il y a eu un erreur en cuisine et moi le droit à deux entrées, c'est bien,ji, ji, et très, très bon.&lt;br /&gt;ma vraie entrée, tartine de pieds de veau et thon, grillé a l'exterieur peu cuit, m'a beaucoup plu.&lt;br /&gt;En plat morue frais, écume et efiloché d'étrilles, bien aussi.&lt;br /&gt;Alors je n'ai pas d'autre solution que retourner pour pouvoir goûter les autres plats qui me donnaient envie, et comme la carte change souvent ça ne se finira jamais, que pena no?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p
